General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Total sperm count: >40 million per ejaculate__________70___normal
Active motile at 1 hour:50%____________60%________excellent motility
Morphology: 4-44%___________________65%_________Normal

So your semen analysis report is completely normal. Nothing to worry, you can become father of child
Enjoy sex, avoid stress, eat healthy diet, do regular exercise, drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you
